AI providers receive text after our redaction process. PrivaiShield's multi-layered detection is designed to significantly reduce the amount of personal information sent to AI providers. However, no automated system is perfect, and some sensitive data may not be caught in all contexts. Users should review redacted output before sending.

Change Notification

We will notify customers of any changes to our subprocessor list at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Notifications will be sent via email to account administrators.

If you have concerns about a new subprocessor, you may object in writing within 30 days. We will work with you to find a reasonable resolution. If no resolution can be reached, you may terminate your subscription.
