Can I try PrivaiShield before committing?
Yes. The Starter plan is free forever and includes 100 redactions per month. You can also try our interactive demo without signing up.
What counts as a redaction?
One redaction = one prompt or document processed through the redaction engine, regardless of how many entities are found and replaced.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available for Team and Enterprise plans with a 20% discount. Contact sales for details.
Is the BAA included in the Team plan?
Yes. A HIPAA Business Associate Agreement is included at no extra cost for all Team plan subscribers.
Can I self-host PrivaiShield?
Self-hosted deployment is available on the Enterprise plan. This includes an on-premise installation with air-gapped operation support.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Since we never store your raw data, there is nothing to delete. Your local token vault and configuration can be exported or deleted from your device.
What are token packs?
Token packs are one-time purchases that add tokens to your demo account. Every user starts with 5,000 free tokens. When you run out, you can buy a token pack to keep using the demo without subscribing to a plan.
What is hybrid redaction and how does it work?
Hybrid redaction combines two layers: a real-time entity recognition engine (catches SSNs, emails, phones, and 19+ entity types instantly) plus deep learning–powered NER on the server (catches names and context-dependent data). Both layers are available on all plans, giving you the most comprehensive PII coverage.
